Glyndwr University have been successful in securing a tender to deliver Leadership and Management Training to the North West Development Agency (NWDA) a contract with a value of £108,000
The tender was won for Glyndwr University by Emma Bilson, Business Development Executive of Glyndwr innovations. The contract involves delivering ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Leadership Mentoring to approximately 50 delegates. The delegates are Volunteer Mentors and Mentor Coordinators and are part of the NWDA Volunteer Mentoring Programme. The training will take place over a 2 year period and will see approximately 5 groups of 10 delegates undertake the training. The ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring aims to provide practising senior leaders and managers (or those working in a training and development role) with the ability to perform effectively as coaches and. The project will be delivered at venues across the North West of England.
