Knowledge Transfer Partnerships

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) is a UK-wide programme part funded by the Government and The Technology Strategy Board, enabling organisations such as yours to improve their competitiveness, productivity and performance.

Whether your organisation is small or large or indeed commercial or not-for-profit, the KTP scheme is a partnership which allows you to find the innovative solution  to help your organization grow, giving access to highly qualified people to lead new projects and access to experts who can help take your organization grow.

A KTP project can vary in length depending of what the organization wants to achieve. Classic KTP's last between 1 and 3 years and aim to address the strategic needs of the organization. From 2009 a new Shorter KTP has been introduced (10 - 40 weeks) aimed principally at the SME's and Micro businesses to address the short term tactical needs.

Please see the KTP Classic and Shorter PDF's for a  full explanation of the schemes and the funding support available - please click CLASSIC or SHORTER
